How is this DTF when theres vinly on the shirt? When I think of DTF theres nothing on the shirt but ink only . No paper , No vinyl . Why do all these steps when you can sublimation on white vinyl background. This is a waste of time

Is this paper different than the one you can regularly use with the sublimation printer? I thought one of the purpose of sublimation is that eliminates the need of cutting and weeding too. Ive been having a hard time printing and cutting heat transfer sheet with cricut some detailed designs I had, so I wanted to get away from it by using sublimation. But now I see you still have to run it through the cricut machine….

I was wondering about the printer settings. I noticed that quality was set to normal and not best. Was that so it printed faster? Also I think that one coat of powder, a quick heat to melt it and then press onto the garment with a second shorter press after peeling may be best. But I’ll give it a try. I was wondering about the ink tank printers from Epson… whether those inks behave differently. I’ve just gotten one of those so I’ll give it a go.

Procreate is just way too limited for a enjoyable experience when doing for sublimation Its why i ditched my ipad and went for a samsung book3 360 Windows 11 folds into a tablet and comes with the spen and can use Photoshop as well as other stuff. I use a windows 11 pc so made total sense

Why does Easy Puff not puff on hats? Sticks fine but no puff. Works fine on cotton t-shirt but no-go on cheap Hobby Lobby cloth caps (not their foam ones)

I have done everything you said to try, my machine is brand new and it will not cut through my paper. It tears and cuts partially, but not clean all the way through cuts. So now what?

Hello! Middle school art teacher here and I am researching a way for my students to turn their artworks into stickers. This video really helped me understand Silhouette, so thank you! My question is if you know of a way (or have a video) that might help if I we only need one sticker at a time - as opposed to waiting for a whole sheet. Are there any comparable machines that do one at a time? Or would we cut down the paper size? Thanks!

5:28 sure looks like your 400° was too high. Anything above 350 will scorch most hat designed for sublimation.
